Hey there, I'm Katie. I'm 18 and I live in Canada. I like to think that i'm different from most girls but in reality i'm probably the most unoriginal girl out there. I struggle a lot with my flaws, I have horrible trust issues, anxiety, depression, i've been clean from self harm for about 6 month although every day is a struggle.   • breath in for 4 seconds
  • hold your breath for 7 seconds
  • exhale breath for 8 seconds

repeat once or twice more.

This causes an autonomic nervous system shift from a sympathetic (fight or flight reaction) state to a parasympathetic response.

Use this for panic/anxiety attacks, exams, presentations.
